Here is a link to a featured story in the August 2009 American Family Journal. It's a great article about our club President Kim Simac's grassroots efforts. The news source has national distribution so she is really getting the word out with this coverage! Kim wants to explain that they mis-quoted her on saying our republican group was a Christian Rep. group. She recognizes that there are often mistakes such as this in interviews. She also founded the Northwoods Patriots organization that does indeed promote Faith, Family and Country -- from a conservative, but not specifically republican perspective.
