Links to Listening Sessions Around Wisconsin

8/13/09 Update -- we are finding that many legislators are not posting their public showing dates or times and some seen to have no intention of having any event that fosters an open and honest debate. We must rely on more than the legislators' actual web sites to find out where they'll be and when!

US House Representatives and US Senators are on summer recess and will be holding tradtional 'listening sessions' throughout their districts and around the state. This is your opportunity to ask questions and voice your opinions. While many Democrats are claiming the discontent is orchestrated by big business, insurance companies or the republican party -- we all know the truth. Constituents are genuinely concerned about our country and our health care. We are seeking less government, preservation of individual rights and free enterprise.

Legislators of the 8th District

Rep. Steve Kagen's Listening Sessions

Senator Russ Feingold's Listening Sessions (none scheduled as of 8/5/09)

Senator Herb Kohl's Listening Sessions (his web site indicates no scheduled listening sessions -- his page states we'll have to watch in the media for his schedule)

Other District Reps:

Paul Ryan's Listening Sessions - August 2009
-- an author of the Patient's Choice Act

(more will be posted here as schedules become available during the month).

We urge respectful, "informed and engaged" discussion as Michelle Obama said Barack Obama would bring about of our citizenry during the campaign! We will clearly and directly verbalize our concerns and discontent. We are fighting for our freedom and our republic!
